Refunds can be made by contacting me 24 hours before the booking. A refund takes 5-10 business days and is minus the transaction fee! The size of the transaction fee is decided by Stripe and varies according to the sum, but is approximately 5 Euro.
We meet via Zoom, 45 min. The price is incl. 25% VAT. Payment can be done with invoice as well as credit card and via bank transfer or PayPal. I regularly offer discounted sessions to people in challenging economical situations, please contact me about availability.
I speak English, Swedish, German and pretty good Spanish.
Please note: I only work with children under 18 with a guardian present. Working with me cannot replace medical counseling/treatment. I am not a certified therapist. I reserve the right to refuse to work with someone if I deem that it’s not suitable. Sometimes I will only work with someone if they have additional, professional support.
